Managing Director of Legal & General Surveying Services (LGSS) came out top at The British Mortgage Awards 2012 held on 3rd July 2012.
The British Mortgage Awards are held each year to recognise the extraordinary achievements of the most deserving individuals in the UK Mortgage industry. The event this year was held at The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel.
Steve Goodall, won best Business Leader in the Surveyor Category, for consistently delivering a high level of accuracy, speed and quality of service. Steve, runs LGSS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Legal & General, which has been in business for over 20 years and manages a network of over 60 firms across the UK. Between them, they undertake over 100,000 residential survey and valuations a year on behalf of LGSS’s extensive range of clients. Also short-listed were Ben Thompson for Legal & General Mortgage Club and Anita Howe for Marketeer.
